California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is posting a new table. The table contains status info of chemicals currently being considered for addition to the Proposition 65 list.

The table should be helpful to manufacturers in the US and overseas who seek insight into what to expect, regulatory-wise, for their formulas and bills of materials. OEHHA says it will update the table on a regular basis. Probably, this really will help stakeholders and the public track the status of chemicals proposed for listing. View here: this OEHHA page.

A list of current substances on the California Proposition 65 list can be found here. Note it's an independent 3rd party list, current and accurate but not the hand of the government. Good to have for reference. The most recent — interesting — addition to the Prop 65 list was coal emissions.
